Ok, ennui was only an excuse on Wednesday

honestly, it was a legit excuse on wednesday...!

however, i had to fly out very early on thursday and, on the return, due to a late arrival which didn't allow me to get home until this afternoon, i had to spend an unanticipated overnight in la last night and -- blah, blah, blah...

anyway, thursday, friday and most of today went by sans posting... them's the breaks...

i had four posts lined up when i was suddenly stricken with mental and emotional nausea over the garbage that's continuing to be strewn about by those who purport to lead us through our collective global experience... now i'm simply too disgusted to put any of 'em up... what's the use...?

altho' i've got a better excuse today... i'm in the san jose airport awaiting a flight to the la area after getting up early this morning and driving over donner pass in slush and spitting snow and rain... i'm back here early tomorrow morning to meet a friend who's flying in from central america and we're going to spend a few days over on the monterey peninsula... should be fun...
