How to report a human rights violator to the U.S. Department of Justice

glenn helpfully points us to the doj website where such violators can be reported and suggests that there are a number of such violators on u.s. soil that concerned, patriotic u.s. citizens might consider handing over to our esteemed justice system...

gee, i dunno... how about john yoo and jay bybee for starters...?
