The White House hopes we will lose interest in Gonzo

i know it's exactly what they're hoping, and, so often in the past, that strategy has worked like a charm... it might be working now had it not been for comey's testimony last week, and i'm dying to hear what monica has to say on wednesday...
[T]his scandal is too important for the public or Congress to move on. This story should not end until Attorney General Alberto Gonzales is gone, and the serious damage that has been done to the Justice Department is repaired.

Congress has to save the Justice Department, something President Bush shows no interest in doing.

bush is only interested in saving his own ass... if he thought it would help him to do that, there isn't anyone he wouldn't throw under the bus, up to and including poppy and barbara...
