Hiking the Appalachian Trail

i was listening to npr's wait wait don't tell me with my daughter in minneapolis on sunday... it's a very clever show that i would probably enjoy listening to more often, but, anyway, they opined that the new code for canoodling is "hiking the appalachian trail"... ya gotta love it...
