The next 18 months in Latin America

there's a tremendous amount of information in singh's presentation, not only about latin america but the rest of the world as well... particularly interesting are the graphs showing china in relationship to the u.s. and europe... however, my interest was drawn to this particular graph...
that's a huge number and the impact could be equally huge... if the move to the center-left continues, it's going to put a great deal of pressure on the u.s. to begin dealing with those countries in a different way than we have been attempting to do so far with hugo chavez... Submit To Propeller

In the next 18 months, 19 countries in the region, including the largest Latin American countries, are slated to have elections, the results of which will affect more than 520 million people.
