Ok, he's going to the floor... Let's make sure he gets killed there...

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee declined to give its backing to Mr Bolton, who has been plagued by charges of bullying and arrogance. A key Republican senator [Republican senator George Voinovich] said Mr Bolton was the wrong man for the job.

the "wrong man for the job..." he's the "wrong man" for just about any damn thing you can think of... the sheer, untrammeled gall of dubya for even nominating the s-o-b boggles the mind...
