Interesting that 21 of the 67 (almost 1/3) are from states which are or were governed by the Bush family.

Could it be that the Bush family has an interest in CCA or that they just do not trust their fellow man?

It would also be interesting to see a follow-up to see whether the states involved had Republican or Democratic governors when this privatization occurred.
