Robert Gates confirmed by Senate
as new Defense Secretary

no surprise to anyone, just incredible dereliction of duty on the part of the senators who failed to ask any hard questions...

i have a quick question... did we actually have a mid-term election where the dems took both house of congress or was it just my imagination...?
