either naïveté or just plain disingenuousness... there is nothing about the bush administration or its tom delay bought-and-paid-for congressional contingent that's about to bless any move toward backing social programs... even with bush's popularity settling rapidly into the cellar, the president and his ideologically-driven cadre will never back off their agenda to gut any implied social contract...
