An agent for change...?

"A vote for John Bolton will be a vote for change at the United Nations," he said. "A vote against will be for the status quo. The president believes the status quo is unacceptable and wants a person . . . who will be an agent for change."

let's get real... the prez (karl) is scared to death that there might be a few li'l dogies straying from the corral and he (karl) is gonna pull out all the stops to keep them critters in line... change at the u.n. is secondary to maintaining party loyalty...
